These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between taka bad ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the taka bad website located at taka-bad.com and any associated services, features, or content provided therein.

By creating a taka bad account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or otherwise engaging with any part of the taka bad service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and taka bad.

taka bad reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Access to taka bad is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. taka bad does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of taka bad, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from taka bad or any affiliated platform, unless that self-exclusion period has formally expired and you have been reinstated.

taka bad reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to our standard verification procedures.

Responsible Parental Controls

taka bad strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software and device-level restrictions to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. To access the full range of taka bad services, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the Platform. taka bad may request updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information held on your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. taka bad will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify taka bad immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. taka bad shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

taka bad operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified, or before a withdrawal request is processed:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address (dated within three months)
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account details)

Until KYC verification is complete, taka bad reserves the right to restrict certain account functions including but not limited to withdrawals and bonus activation.

All financial transactions on the taka bad Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your taka bad account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. taka bad does not charge any fee for standard deposit transactions, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the taka bad finance team within one to three business hours for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if your account is subject to an ongoing KYC review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account. taka bad does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Anti-Money Laundering

taka bad maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, fraud, and any other financial crime. The Platform operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. taka bad reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required.

taka bad offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.
• taka bad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, though this will not affect bonuses already activated by eligible players.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. If multiple bonuses are active on your account simultaneously, taka bad will determine the order in which they are applied.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Full terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, match percentages, maximum bonus amounts, and wagering requirements, are published on the relevant promotion page. taka bad reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to extract bonus value, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in the permanent suspension of the account.

As a registered player on taka bad, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point of interaction with taka bad.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or registering an account on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• Operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a way that is not intended for human players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taka bad staff or other players via any communication channel.

taka bad reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account closure, in response to any such conduct. Decisions made by taka bad in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

All content on the taka bad Platform — including but not limited to the taka bad brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data structures, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taka bad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the taka bad Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from taka bad.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any taka bad trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on the taka bad Platform under licence.

taka bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against a deposit transaction without prior communication with taka bad.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your taka bad account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, taka bad will process the closure after verifying your identity. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC clearance.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. taka bad may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. taka bad will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka bad, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays outside of taka bad's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

taka bad provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only, and taka bad does not guarantee any specific outcome from betting or gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit taka bad's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

taka bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to the Platform's features or services, or changes in taka bad's business practices. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where changes are material, taka bad will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains your sole responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request the closure of your account and the return of any verified remaining balance.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
